Le Mare Boutique Hotel is an adaptive reuse project in the heart of San Juan only two blocks away from the beach. It is comprised of 25 guest rooms, lobby, café/restaurant, pool, and wellness areas. The existing two-story structure was designed in Art Deco style and is of approximately 6,000SF. Two additional stories will complete the property to include additional guest rooms and an amenities rooftop.

Architecturally the existing structure remains the central figure of the property while the new intervention sets back as a form of recognition and respect. Our proposal seeks to seamlessly integrate with the existing architecture without denying the contemporary nature of the project and its users.
